We're IN IT for AUTISM!
We are thrilled to be producing the acclaimed play, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time, running from 20th February to 7th March 2026 at The Wollongong Workshop Theatre. This production is not merely entertainment; it is a profound journey into the mind of Christopher Boone, a brilliant neurodivergent teenager, as he navigates a complex world. The play uses light, sound and movement to convey his unique sensory processing and his brilliant, logical mind. However, for many neurodivergent individuals, navigating a world not designed for them isn’t a theatrical experience- it’s a daily reality.
A Different Brilliant
The play’s central theme is that being different is not a deficit; it is a different way of being brilliant! We are incredibly proud to support ASPECT (Autism Spectrum Australia), an organisation that works tirelessly ensure every ‘Christopher’ in our community has the support they need to navigate their own brilliant journey. This collaboration allows us to extend the themes of empathy, understanding and celebrating neurodiversity from our stage directly into the community. Your donations will contribute to ASPECT’s crucial programs, including early intervention, autism-specific schooling and community inclusion initiatives across Australia.
Any donation big or small is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for supporting our show and turning empathy into action!
