We have some incredibly special people in our life who are on the Autism Spectrum. Whilst Autism can be confronting, it has also taught us so much more about life. From seeing the pure joy, excitement and love of life, to appreciating the small things such singing the same song over and over, or reaching milestones that we’d generally take for granted. Autism is more than just a label - it’s love, life and happiness.
From the 31 Oct - 7 Nov is Run for Autism week. The girls and I are setting our own personal goals to raise funds to help provide the best opportunities for people of all ages on the autism spectrum, from tailored educational support to fulfilling work lives and improved social environments.
