The lights are up and we are shining bright!!!

We've finally finished setting up all the lights if you're in the area pop on down and have a look. Were not the only people in our street that decorate either so come on down to Cook Ave in Daceyville - there's lots to see!!

It all starts this weekend

This weekend we'll be getting the lawn mowed and the hedge trimmed ready to start putting up out light display for this year - praying for no rain!!!

Shining bright for Saxon and autism

As a lot of you know we've been decorating our house for Christmas for quite a few years now, this Christmas, I’m shining bright for the estimated 1 in 40 Australians on the autism spectrum.

My son Saxon has autism and absolutely loves the lights each year he gets so excited!

People on the autism spectrum see, hear, feel and experience the world differently. For many, simply coping with the everyday, including Christmas, can lead to confusion, anxiety and isolation.

By coming together and taking action, we can help provide opportunities for people on the autism spectrum to participate, engage and thrive in the world around them.
