Well the lights are up and we have seen some very happy little faces as they view our display. Have had a couple of donations so far and hoping to hit our goal of $500 before the end of the holiday period. I have popped some signs up in our display, have put some up at work and have shared to a few facebook pages where it was allowed. Thankyou to everyone who comes past for a view or contributes to our Christmas fundraising efforts. We hope to see lots more smiling faces in the lead up to Christmas day.I’m shining bright for autism
This Christmas, I’m shining bright for the 1 in 70 Australians on the autism spectrum.
Join me in celebrating the magic of giving and donate to my Shine for autism decorative light display - TODAY!
People on the autism spectrum see, hear, feel and experience the world differently. For many, simply coping with the everyday, including Christmas, can lead to confusion, anxiety and isolation.
By coming together and taking action, we can help provide opportunities for people on the autism spectrum to participate, engage and thrive in the world around them.
Let's come together, one light at a time, and make this festive season truly special.
